How to Use
Massage a small amount onto feet, legs, or arms before bedtime to encourage relaxation and restful sleep.

May also be used as a daily moisturizer for dry hands, knees, elbows, or any areas needing extra nourishment.
Patch Test
Before first use, perform a simple patch test to ensure skin compatibility:
Apply a pea-sized amount to a small area of the inner forearm.
Wait 12–24 hours.
If no redness, itching, or irritation occurs, it’s safe to begin regular use.
